The Meteorology Department of the Ministry of Transport and Aviation under the caretaker government has issued a warning about the possibility of snowfall and rain in 19 provinces for today (Wednesday, 10th Dalwa).
According to an official notice, snowfall and rainfall are expected in Kunar, Nuristan, Laghman, Kapisa, Panjshir, Badakhshan, Takhar, Kunduz, Baghlan, Maidan Wardak, Parwan, Samangan, Bamyan, Balkh, Sar-e-Pul, Ghor, Faryab, Jawzjan, and Badghis provinces.
The department has forecasted rainfall levels between 15 to 25 millimeters in different areas and snow accumulation ranging from 10 to 40 centimeters.
