This morning, the Ghor Provincial Red Crescent Office distributed Karamat health kits to 300 families affected by recent floods in the center of Ghor province. These Karamat kits, which were provided by Indonesia through the International Federation and handed over to the Afghanistan Red Crescent Society, were distributed to individuals who have been impacted by floods in several provinces of the country, through the relevant offices.
Officials from the Ghor Red Crescent stated that, in addition to these aid kits, food and non-food supplies will soon be distributed to 241 families in the Pasaband district of Ghor province. These families had previously been surveyed by the BDRT team.
It is worth mentioning that this year, the Ghor Red Crescent has provided the most assistance to flood victims in various districts of Ghor province.
