The Takhar Province Police Command has said in a statement that a 35-year-old man who is the main resident of Tjajar Bashi village of Qulbars, Takhar Province was released from prison by his father for four years who was under house arrest by the security forces in coordination with the local people was saved.
It is stated in the announcement that this young man was cruelly imprisoned by his father by locking his legs with chains in a cold and dark room due to a land dispute in his family, and now he is suffering from mental illness.
