Asadullah Jamshid, the spokesman of the Kandahar Police Command, told, that 3 people were killed and 12 others were injured in this suicide attack.
This incident happened near a branch of Kabul Bank near the old headquarters of Kandahar.
No one has yet taken responsibility for the incident.
