The delegation led by the United Nations Special Representative for Afghanistan, Andrea Ratwat, told the news that Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsen Naqvi said that the second phase of the return of Afghan refugees will begin soon.
Mohsen Naqvi says that no one is allowed to live in Pakistan without a valid visa or legal documents.
