[12:43 AM, 9/3/2024] Journalest: The Bank of Afghanistan has announced that it will auction 15 million US dollars on Wednesday. The Central Bank of Afghanistan issued a tweet today asking commercial banks, money changers and financial services companies that meet the conditions to participate in this tender. The bank added that the auction winners must settle their accounts by the end of the auction day. The central bank added that partial settlement of transactions is not allowed in the currency auction bid and the winner of the bid will hand over the price of his obligation to the Bank of Afghanistan in one time, in cash and within a certain period.
