The construction of an irrigation network in Koh Safi Parwan district started today.
The director of rural rehabilitation and development, Parwan, says that with the operation of this network, four hundred and forty families will have access to drinking water.
The United Nations Children’s Fund spends four million two hundred and seventy seven thousand Afghanis for the construction of this irrigation network.
