Permanent residence for foreigners in Iran has been canceled: Iran’s National Council, Interior Affairs Commission Spokesman Waliullah Bayati Willi, based on the decision of the Refugees Regulation, permanent residence will not be granted to foreign citizens in Iran.
According to the report, Iran has temporarily allowed up to 300,000 people to settle in the country.
It should be noted that hundreds of Afghan refugees are currently living in Iran.
