Iran\u2019s Supreme Leader has declared the country victorious in its recent war with Israel. Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic, announced the victory following the 12-day conflict between Iran and Israel, stating that despite Israel\u2019s \u201chype and claims,\u201d it was \u201calmost crushed and paralyzed under the blows of the Islamic Republic.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In his third statement since the war began, Khamenei said that the United States entered the war directly against Iran, claiming that Washington intervened because it felt Israel \u201cwould be completely destroyed\u201d if it did not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Khamenei emphasized, \u201cThe United States achieved nothing in this war. Once again, the Islamic Republic emerged victorious and delivered a harsh blow to the face of America.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
U.S. officials<\/strong>, however, offered a different view.
