Kyiv has dismissed Moscow\u2019s claim that Ukrainian forces attacked the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin, calling it an attempt to disrupt peace talks.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that his country had no role in the alleged attack on Putin\u2019s residence in the Novgorod region in northwestern Russia.
By rejecting the claim, Zelensky accused Russia of using such allegations to undermine the peace dialogue process.
This response comes after Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov claimed that Ukraine had launched an attack on Putin\u2019s residence using 91 long-range assault drones, which were intercepted by Russian air defense systems without causing any casualties.
Meanwhile, Russia announced that it would reconsider its stance in the peace talks in response to the alleged attack. Maria Zakharova, spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, warned that Moscow\u2019s response \u201cwill not be diplomatic.\u201d
