The Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Afghanistan has announced that a coordination meeting and lottery session were held to select interested companies for the 10th China\u2013South Asia International Expo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the ministry, the meeting was attended by Janat Gul Akhund and Qabil Mohammad Abid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Officials said that around 72 booths have been allocated for Afghanistan in this exhibition, with 45 companies participating as exhibitors and 4 others attending as visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 10th China\u2013South Asia International Expo is scheduled to take place from June 11 to 16, 2026, in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Afghanistan\u2019s participation will include sectors such as carpets, handicrafts, dried fruits, precious and semi-precious stones, jewelry, and saffron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce emphasized that such exhibitions are an important opportunity to promote Afghan domestic products and expand export markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
