The Reuters news agency reported today, citing Trump, that after receiving a new peace proposal from Iran, he instructed the US military that \u201cthe planned attack against Iran tomorrow should not be carried out.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, the US President warned that if an acceptable agreement is not reached, there remains the possibility of launching a \u201clarge-scale and full-fledged attack\u201d against Iran at any moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Trump also emphasized that Washington would accept an agreement that prevents Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons. \u201cIt seems there is a good chance they can reach a deal. If we can do it without heavy bombing, I would be very happy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
