The spokesman of the Badakhshan police office said in a news report that a two-storey residential house with all its goods and equipment was burnt down as a result of a fire in Targani village, Draim district of this province.
The spokesman of the Badakhshan police office added that the accident happened after midnight yesterday (Sunday) due to the burning of a gas balloon.
According to this office, the spread of the fire will be prevented with the help of officials and local people.
