According to the officials, this activity is part of the social solidarity project of the Abadi program, which is funded by the United Nations Development Program.
The purpose of this institution is to improve the awareness and capacity of the members of the Jat Village Development Council in issues such as; Social solidarity, mediation, conflict resolution, well-being, health, social security, planning, practical and theoretical works in the affairs of village development councils and discussion about the challenges and problems faced by the councils.
