The World Health Organization’s Afghanistan branch has announced that it supported 131 healthcare centers in 20 provinces of Afghanistan in January of this year.

In a report published today on its website, the organization stated that in January, it also expanded nine hospitals in seven provinces of Afghanistan.

The WHO Afghanistan branch added that in the first month of the current year, it supported 12 specialized drug rehabilitation centers in 12 provinces and collaborated with six non-governmental organizations to provide healthcare services to the citizens of Afghanistan.
