Indian authorities have announced that 24 people have died and nine others have been injured after a fire broke out in an amusement park in the state of Gujarat.
The AFP news agency reported to Prabhav Joshi, a local official in the Indian state of Gujarat, that the incident took place on (Saturday, May 25) in the “Rajkot” region of this state.
He emphasized that the rescue operation is continuing and the number of casualties may increase.
