The Palestinian Civil Defense Organization has announced that at least 116 people, including children, have been killed and 264 injured in Israeli attacks on parts of Gaza.
The organization added that these individuals lost their lives in Israeli military attacks on various areas of the Gaza Strip since the announcement of the ceasefire agreement.
The Palestinian Civil Defense Organization further stated that among the victims of the Israeli attacks were 30 children and 32 women.
On the other hand, the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) announced that during more than 15 months of conflict between Israel and Hamas, an average of 35 children have been killed daily in Palestine.
These attacks come as the Israeli cabinet yesterday approved the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, and the three-phase ceasefire is expected to begin tomorrow.
