Pakistani media reported that an explosion was heard this morning (Thursday) in the city of Lahore.
The explosion occurred a day after India targeted several locations inside Pakistan.
Tensions between India and Pakistan escalated following an armed attack in Indian-administered Kashmir that killed 26 people.
India claimed that militants based in Pakistan were behind the attack, but Islamabad denied the allegation.
Pakistan stated that since the incident, at least 31 civilians have been killed and around 50 others injured in attacks and cross-border shelling.
India, on the other hand, reported that 13 of its civilians were killed and 43 others injuo.
