United Nations Expresses Concern Over Increase in Forced Deportation of Afghan Families from Iran
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) has reported that in the month of May, 15,675 Afghan families were forcibly returned from Iran to Afghanistan. Among them, 11,201 families were deported — nearly double the number compared to April.
