The Israeli army has announced that starting Sunday, it will provide tents and other shelter supplies to Gaza residents, allowing them to move from conflict zones to the southern parts of the Strip. Israel’s Prime Minister stated that efforts will be made to relocate civilians to safer areas before launching military operations.
The United Nations has welcomed the move but warned that the relocation could further worsen the plight of the people, noting that no part of Gaza is entirely safe.
