Pakistani media have reported that due to heavy rains, strong winds, and storms, dangerous floods are expected across the country until August 21. According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, heavy rainfall is forecast in Pakistan-administered Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan, posing risks of sudden floods and landslides in mountainous areas.
