The Ministry of Water and Energy has announced that the Minister met with Murad Artikov, Head of the TAPI Project, and Khwaja Awazov, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan, to discuss ways to accelerate the implementation of the project.
According to the ministry, the meeting took place yesterday in the conference hall of the Ministry of Water and Energy, where both sides discussed measures to expedite the progress of the TAPI (Turkmenistan–Afghanistan–Pakistan) power transmission project.
The source added that during the meeting, Minister Abdul Latif Mansoor emphasized the strategic importance of the project for the region and reaffirmed that the Afghan government is committed to full cooperation to ensure the project’s rapid advancement.
