The second shipment of China’s humanitarian aid worth 100 million yuan, including 156 prefabricated houses, has been handed over to Afghanistan’s Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation.
The ministry’s technical deputy, Mawlawi Abdul Rahman Rashid, expressed gratitude to the Chinese government and people, describing the assistance as a symbol of friendship and humanitarian cooperation between the two countries.
Bao Xuhui, Deputy Ambassador of China in Kabul, said the aid is intended to provide shelter and essential facilities for displaced and returning Afghans. He added that his country will continue to support the Afghan people.
