A source has reported that the Afghan delegation, which is engaged in talks with the Pakistani delegation in Turkey, submitted its final draft to the Pakistani side at 2 a.m. last night after 15 consecutive hours of discussion and negotiation.
The draft emphasizes that Pakistan has pledged not to violate Afghanistan’s land or airspace and to prevent any groups or opponents attempting to harm Afghanistan.
The source added that there was also interest in establishing a four-party channel to monitor the ceasefire agreement and exchange information regarding violations.
This draft was presented to Pakistan through mediators, and at 6 a.m., a second draft was also delivered to them.
According to the source, both negotiating teams are scheduled to meet again today at 12 noon in the presence of mediators to reach a final conclusion and pave the way for implementing the ceasefire agreement between Kabul and Islamabad.
