Afghanistan’s Minister of Public Health Travels to Saudi Arabia Leading a Delegation

Afghanistan’s Minister of Public Health, Noor Jalal Jalali, today (Tuesday, 6th of Laram) traveled to Saudi Arabia, leading a delegation, at the invitation of the Saudi Minister of Health.

The Ministry of Public Health stated that the purpose of this visit is to strengthen health cooperation and coordination between the two countries, exchange experiences, and discuss joint collaboration in humanitarian and health sectors.

According to the press release from the Ministry, during this visit—aimed at enhancing health cooperation, sharing experiences, and initiating joint efforts—Minister Noor Jalal Jalali will hold separate meetings and discussions with the Saudi Minister of Health, representatives of the Gates Foundation, and officials from the King Salman Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation.

It is also reported that Noor Jalal Jalali will participate in the opening ceremony of the 8th International Health Exhibition in Saudi Arabia.
