Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has offered to help resolve tensions between Kabul and Islamabad.
Pezeshkian made the offer during a meeting with Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on the sidelines of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) summit yesterday.
He expressed Iran’s readiness to assist in easing strained relations between Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Pezeshkian emphasized that Islamic countries should work together to reduce conflicts and maintain “unity against common threats,” stressing the need for joint efforts to prevent further crises in the region.
