The Ministry of Information and Culture reported that in Ankara, Afghanistan’s Cultural Attaché, Qari Hamidullah Tamkin, met with Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Haj Al-Hammadi, the First Secretary of the Qatar Embassy and Director General of Cultural Affairs. Sources said that during the meeting, discussions focused on strengthening scientific and educational cooperation, organizing artistic events, and expanding cultural institutions between the two countries.
