Following yesterday’s attack in Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Pakistani government has ordered the nearby Afghan refugee camp to be evacuated immediately. Pakistani authorities claimed that similar attacks had occurred in the area previously, and militants were using the camp as a hideout. According to reports, a total of 2,567 Afghan refugees were residing in the camp, of whom 1,700 had already returned to Afghanistan.
