Afghan border police have rescued dozens of passengers who were stranded on the border with Iran due to heavy snowfall and rainfall. Abdullah Farooqi, spokesperson for the Border Police General Directorate at the Ministry of Interior, said border forces acted promptly and provided first aid and other essential assistance to those rescued.
