The Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan has announced that the issues related to the Trans-Afghan Railway project have been resolved, and the feasibility study for the project is currently ongoing.
According to a statement released by the Ministry, efforts are continuing to strengthen the transit capacity of the China–Kyrgyzstan–Uzbekistan railway. The source added that by expanding the regional transport network, Uzbekistan aims to further establish itself as a key logistics and transport hub in the region.
