According to a press release by the Ministry of National Defense, the country’s defensive forces successfully thwarted an attempted aerial attack on Kabul by the Pakistani military regime.
The media statement noted that the defense forces acted promptly and with full caution, preventing the attack before it could occur.
The Ministry of National Defense assured that the situation is completely under control and security in Kabul has been fully ensured.
The ministry also urged the public not to worry and to ignore rumors.
Officials added that in some areas, the sounds of heavy weapons being fired were part of defensive measures to prevent any potential threats.
