The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) has reported that recent floods in 13 provinces of Afghanistan have caused dozens of deaths and injuries.
According to the organization, these floods have also destroyed several homes and caused widespread damage to residents in affected areas. NRC teams have assessed the impacted areas in Herat, and humanitarian aid is being dispatched to these regions.
The organization emphasized that affected communities must not be forgotten and are in urgent need of support.
