A recent poll shows that U.S. President Donald Trump’s approval rating has fallen to 37%, marking the lowest level in his second term.
According to international media reports, the decline is largely attributed to his handling of the war with Iran.
The survey, conducted by NBC News, indicates that 63% of Americans disapprove of Trump’s performance, with half of respondents expressing strong disapproval.
In the section related to the Iran war, only 33% approved of his handling, while 67% opposed it.
The poll also highlights a deep political divide in U.S. society, with 82% of Democrats and independent voters opposing the war, while 74% of Republicans support it.
It further shows stronger opposition to continued military involvement among young people. While 61% of respondents said the U.S. should not take further military action in Iran, this figure rises to 74% among those under 30.
