The Economic Deputy Office of the Prime Minister approved the design and principles of the Gulbahar residential and commercial township in Kabul during a meeting. According to an official statement, the private sector has shown interest in investing around $8 billion in this major project.
The township is planned to be built on 11,000 jeribs of land, providing housing for tens of thousands of citizens while also creating thousands of job opportunities.
