The Afghanistan Power Company has stated that it has reached new agreements with major Russian electricity and technical companies regarding the development and cooperation of the energy sector in Russia.
During an official visit, the company’s leadership delegation met with Russian representatives and held discussions on investment, technical training, and the expansion of electricity networks.
Russian companies have expressed readiness to cooperate with Afghanistan in expanding power infrastructure, providing technical training, and supporting other energy-related areas.
The statement adds that in the near future, technical teams from Russian companies will visit Afghanistan, and joint technical teams from both sides will begin working on the implementation of electricity-related projects.
