Afghanistan and Iran Discuss Expansion of Energy Cooperation
Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat Chief Executive Officer, Mullah Abdulhaq Hamkar, met with Iran’s Ambassador to Kabul, Alireza Bikdeli.
According to a statement released by Breshna Sherkat, the meeting focused on the 500-kilovolt power transmission project, renewable energy, investment opportunities, and the expansion of joint cooperation between the two countries.
Mullah Abdulhaq Hamkar stated that Afghanistan has suitable opportunities for investment in various sectors of energy and emphasized the need to further expand joint cooperation between Afghanistan and Iran.
