Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC): Passage through the Strait of Hormuz is only possible with coordination from Iran.

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced that during the past 24 hours it coordinated the passage of 26 ships through the Strait of Hormuz, emphasizing that movement through this waterway can only take place with the permission and coordination of the IRGC Navy.

According to a statement published by the ISNA news agency, the IRGC said that despite the blockade of Iran’s ports by the United States, it still maintains control over the Strait of Hormuz.

Meanwhile, the “Organization of the Persian Gulf Strait of Iran” has released a map of the maritime area under its control, where ships are not allowed to pass without permission.

This area extends from Iran’s Mount Mobarak to the south of Fujairah in the UAE on the eastern side of the strait, and from Qeshm Island to Umm Al Quwain in the west.
