In Pakistan’s Balochistan capital Quetta, at least 24 people have been killed and more than 50 others injured in an explosion near a train.
According to Reuters, loud gunfire was also heard after the blast.
Pakistan Railways officials said that the Jaffar Express service in Quetta has been temporarily suspended.
Reports say a part of the train heading to Peshawar was damaged, and 10 parked vehicles were also destroyed. The explosion also shattered windows of nearby buildings.
