The Russian Ministry of Defense said that yesterday it shot down 339 Ukrainian drones within a 13-hour period across 13 different cities in the country, including Moscow. According to the ministry, the drones were sent to attack various regions of Russia but were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems.
Reuters reported that as a result of the attacks, flights at several Russian airports were temporarily suspended on Saturday. Russian authorities have not yet released full details regarding possible damage or casualties.
