Reuters reported, citing the Pakistani military, that 42 police and army personnel have been killed in three separate militant attacks in different areas of Balochistan province since July 6.
According to the report, the attacks took place in Pakistan’s southwestern province of Balochistan. The province has witnessed repeated attacks on security forces and government facilities in recent years and is considered one of Pakistan’s most unstable regions.
