Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has claimed that, in response to U.S. attacks, it targeted and disabled a second U.S. vessel in the Strait of Hormuz.
In a statement, the IRGC also claimed that, during the “second phase of its retaliatory operations,” it launched ballistic missiles at the U.S. Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar.
According to the statement, the strikes destroyed the base’s combat aircraft maintenance and repair facility, as well as its command and control centers.
