The Palestinian Wafa News Agency has reported that the death toll from an Israeli helicopter airstrike on a house in Deir al-Balah, a central city in the Gaza Strip, has risen to four, including a six-year-old child.
According to medical sources, the attack took place early Wednesday morning on a residential house, killing 33-year-old Omar Sami Ahmed Abu Qasim, his wife Asmaa Ghazi Abu Qasim, and their six-year-old daughter, Habiba Omar Sami Abu Qasim.
Another member of the same family, whose identity has not been disclosed, was injured in the attack and later died in a hospital.
The report added that the strike occurred while Israeli air and artillery attacks continue in various areas of the Gaza Strip.
