Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced that his country’s forces have successfully carried out long-range strikes against targets inside Russian territory.
In a post on his X account today, Zelenskyy said that logistics centers supplying drone components, navigation equipment, as well as an oil storage facility in Russia, were targeted in the attacks.
He also added that in the waters of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov, an oil tanker and four cargo ships belonging to Russia’s “shadow fleet” were also targeted.
The Ukrainian president once again emphasized the need to establish peace, saying that Kyiv has presented all necessary proposals to the Russian side. According to him, Russia must now be compelled to engage in diplomacy.
