Officials in Nepal and Tibet have announced that the death toll from devastating floods in the two regions last week has reached 750, while 3,044 people remain missing.

Reuters reported today that the Red Cross estimates more than 90,000 people have been affected by the natural disaster.

According to Nepal’s National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority, the death toll in Nepal has reached 734, with 2,498 people missing and 7,514 rescued.

In China, officials in Tibet said that as of Saturday evening, 16 people had died and 546 others were missing.
