The contract for the construction of a cement production plant “Altumor” in Logar Province worth 145 million dollars was signed between the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum and the private company Afghan Sako.
This project will be contracted for a period of 30 years. If implemented, 2,500 tons of cement will be produced daily.
