Local officials in Ghazni say that a water supply network in Abband district of this province has been put into operation on Sunday, 16 Jadi.

Mohammad Qasim Amini, the head of rural rehabilitation and development of Ghazni, says that this network was built at the cost of about 6 million Afghanis from the budget of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in the village of “Oshlan” in Abband district.
The director of rural rehabilitation and development of Ghazni adds that with the construction of this water supply network, around 300 families in the mentioned village benefited from drinking water.

This network is set up with a solar energy device and has provided many conveniences to the local residents. Previously, residents of Oshlan village used Kariz water for drinking and other purposes.
