US President Donald Trump has criticized Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s performance in the war against Russia, calling him a dictator.

Reuters reported that Trump made these remarks yesterday, adding that if Zelensky does not take action to establish peace in Ukraine, he will lose his country.

He stated: “He is a dictator without elections; Zelensky better act quickly, or there will be no country left for him.”

The US president further claimed that Zelensky has wasted billions of dollars of American taxpayers’ money and led Ukraine into a conflict that it had no chance of winning.

These comments come after Volodymyr Zelensky criticized Ukraine’s absence from the talks between the US and Russia in Saudi Arabia aimed at ending the Ukraine conflict.
