The Ministry of Water and Energy has announced that its minister, Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, met with Mr. Ma Qingguang San Botong, Consular Officer of the Chinese Embassy. According to sources, the meeting focused on expanding cooperation—particularly on implementing solar power projects in Bamyan, Uruzgan, and Paktia provinces—and on the participation of the ministry’s engineers in capacity-building programs in China.
