Local authorities of Badakhshan say that three children have died due to snowfall and cold weather in this province.
Hikmatullah Mohammadi, the head of information of Badakhshan Department of Information and Culture, says that this incident happened yesterday at five o’clock in the evening in Noabad Sayab area of Raghistan district of this province.
He added that four children from Noabad Sayab region were moving on the way to Kaler village, and three of them died due to heavy snowfall and extreme cold.
The dead children were between 9 and 12 years old
