Four astronauts from four countries returned to Earth on Tuesday (March 12) with a SpaceX spacecraft after a six-month mission in the International Space Station.

The capsule carrying these astronauts landed in the Gulf of Mexico near Florida on Tuesday morning.

Jasmin Muqbali, a naval helicopter pilot for NASA, led the return of Denmark’s Andreas Mogensen, Japan’s Satoshi Furukawa and Russia’s Konstantin Borisov.

These four astronauts went to the International Space Station in August last year, and their replacement astronauts entered the space station last week.
